For many years the Meadowbrook High school graduation Book Area has been bothered with complications. Problems such as slow support, malfunctioning equipment and the not enough computer devices. However , the key problem experienced is the gradual service received when using the Book Room. It has been discovered that presently there aren't enough measures set up to deal with this problem. This research or project will be conducted to rectify this problems experienced. It will recognize the causes of these types of problems, how were they will developed, the solutions to rectify them and just how the solutions suggested shall benefit the Book Space. These computer systems are also not up to date which will therefore account for the gradual service and often require installing new software applications. The main problem discovered or perhaps made when ever collecting and returning ebooks is the sluggish service. Each time a child receives a book in the book space he or she is expected to take care of the book until it is to be returned. When collecting books from the book space under the publication rental software, the number of children collecting books is excessive due to the fact that the pc system works slowly and each students term has to be created the system.
